When a lease ends, the IT has to move too. We plan the cabling, the firewall, and the phone numbers ahead of time, and we can be on site for the cutover.

Downtown and Broadway
The Broadway corridor is changing around its tenants
Downtown is the largest job centre in the province. City of Vancouver planning material ranks Central Broadway second, with City Hall, Vancouver General Hospital, and many health and research offices nearby.
The Broadway Subway is due to open in fall 2027, and the Province expects Broadway to fully reopen to vehicles in January 2027. The City's Broadway Plan also makes room for more job space. If that has you thinking about a move or a renovation, bring us in before the lease is signed. It's easier to get cabling and internet right before the walls close up.

No. Our one office is in Burnaby, at 4085 Marine Way. We travel to Vancouver clients when something needs a person on site.

We manage vendors for internet, software, and hardware, so those calls can come to us instead of you.
